Rugveda started after our founder spent months returning rugs bought online that were labeled 'wool' but shed apart within a season, thin synthetic imports dressed up with vague descriptions and no real material breakdown. There had to be a way to buy a rug without guessing.
We now work directly with weaving mills instead of buying through layers of importers, checking pile density, cotton foundation, and jute backing on every batch before it's approved for sale. Every rug is unrolled and inspected again right before it ships.
Pricing stays direct with no retail middleman markup, orders are dispatched with a tracked courier number, and we take responsibility for what we sell rather than pointing customers toward a manufacturer overseas.
How We Hold the Line on Quality
We inspect pile density, backing, and edges on every rug before it's packed, and we reject anything that doesn't sit flat. Packaging is rolled and padded, not folded, so the pile stays true from our floor to yours.
