New Zealand Wool PileSourced from wool cooperatives, cleaned and carded before spinning.

Dense, springy pile that resists flattening under daily foot traffic and furniture.

Combed Cotton FoundationWoven on the same looms as the pile for a tight, matched fit.

Holds the weave straight so the rug lies flat instead of curling at the edges.

Natural Jute BackingPlant fiber backing, stitched on rather than glued.

Adds weight and grip so the rug stays put on hardwood and tile floors.

Sourcing

We buy from vetted mills that document origin and weave batch. Certificates are kept on file for every lot.

Testing

Each batch is inspected for weave density and dye quality before release. Anything outside specification does not ship.

Labelling

The care tag states fiber content in order of quantity, with any treatments called out. What is on the tag is what is in the rug.
