   Do your rugs shed?

   New wool rugs shed loose fiber from manufacturing for the first few weeks. Regular vacuuming clears it up and shedding drops off noticeably after that.

   How is my rug delivered?

   Rugs are rolled, wrapped, and dispatched with a tracking number sent to your email. Exact delivery pricing and timing are listed on our delivery page.

   Can I return a rug if it doesn't fit my room?

   Yes. Unused rugs in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll walk you through the steps.

   How do I know the wool is real?

   We list the exact material makeup on every product page: pile, foundation, and backing. Nothing is labeled a 'wool blend' without saying what the blend actually is.
